An encrypted connection protects traffic in transit. Logs are retained only while needed for the purposes stated here. Because no accounts are offered, Richmond Residents Directory stores no visitor password or account profile.

The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Kentucky has not enacted a broad comprehensive consumer privacy statute identified in the project research, so any rights also depend on the data and other governing law. We can search our mailbox and logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Kentucky, Madison County, and Richmond public records remain under the control of their custodians.
